The fine print, in plain words
Property activation
R350 per property after the trial — Property Passport, connections, access rules and approval settings. Large portfolios get a custom quote.
Transport assistance
From R50 coordination fee plus the transport cost. Large movements quoted.
Variations
No extra Nestra fee for ordinary variations. Extra work is approved by you before it happens.
Materials
Never automatically included. Every quote shows materials as included, excluded or estimated.
Emergency & after-hours
May differ from standard baselines. The amount is shown or quoted for approval before work proceeds where possible.
Cancellation
Free before the provider is dispatched. A call-out charge may apply once they're travelling or can't get access. If a provider cancels, you pay nothing and we find another.
No-show / access
If a provider arrives in the confirmed window and can't get agreed access, an attendance charge may apply — only with check-in evidence.
VAT & payment fees
Taxes shown where required. No surprise banking fees at checkout.
